This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through cardinal-stack.com, including AI Brain Training Starter Kits (Brand Voice, Brand Look, and Bundle) and AI Operations Bible Architecture Tiers (Foundation, Governance, and Full Architecture Packages) (collectively, the "Services").

1. Nature of Our Services

Our Deliverables are custom-built digital strategic documents, created specifically for your business based on the intake information you provide. Because work begins promptly after purchase and is tailored to you, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of this work.

2. Before Work Begins

AI Brain Training Starter Kits have a 24-hour delivery window, so cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase, before work has begun. If you request a cancellation within that window, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

For Architecture Tiers (Tiers 1–3), if you request a cancellation before we have started work on your intake information (typically within 24 hours of purchase), you are entitled to a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

3. After Work Has Begun

Once we have started reviewing your intake information or drafting any part of your Deliverables, your purchase becomes non-refundable. We will work with you on revisions (see Section 5) before any further action is taken.

4. After Delivery

Once your final Deliverables have been delivered, the engagement is considered complete and no refunds will be issued. If something in your Deliverable does not match what was agreed at purchase, contact us — see Section 5.

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a Deliverable, our first step is always revisions within the scope of your product (1 round for Tier 1; 2 rounds for Tiers 2 and 3; corrections for Starter Kits where the delivered documents do not match your intake). Refund requests outside of Sections 2 and 3 above will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Upgrade Credits

If you purchased an AI Brain Training Starter Kit and later upgrade to an Architecture Tier, your Starter Kit payment will be applied as a credit toward the Architecture Tier price. This credit is non-transferable and applies only to direct upgrades through Cardinal Stack. It does not constitute a refund of your Starter Kit purchase.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email info@cardinal-stack.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

8. Payment Processor Fees

Any payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) on the original transaction are non-refundable, even where a refund of the purchase price is approved.
