4. Intake Process and Client Cooperation
To produce your Deliverables, we rely on accurate and complete information provided by you through our intake forms, questionnaires, and any follow-up communications. Delays in providing requested information may delay delivery timelines. Cardinal Stack is not responsible for inaccuracies in your Deliverables that result from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information provided by you.
5. Delivery of Deliverables

6. Intellectual Property and License
Cardinal Stack retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, methodologies, and the Master Prompt System architecture used to create your Deliverables.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the completed Deliverables for your own business β including implementing them into your AI systems, sharing them with your team, contractors, or developers for implementation purposes, and modifying them for your own internal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the Deliverables, the underlying frameworks, or any part of the Master Prompt System as your own product or service offering, or share them publicly as a template for others to use.
All content you provide to us (your business information, branding, offers, and policies) remains your property. We use it solely to create your Deliverables and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as needed to deliver your Services. We may request your permission to use anonymized or generalized descriptions of our work together (e.g., as a case study or testimonial), but will not do so without your consent.
8. Refund Policy
Because our Deliverables are custom-built digital strategic documents created specifically for your business based on the information you provide, all sales are final once work has begun, given the custom and digital nature of the Deliverables. If you are dissatisfied with a Deliverable, contact us first β we will work with you on revisions within the scope agreed at purchase before any further discussion.
9. Revisions

In any event, Cardinal Stack's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
